| The announcement text: |
To work with business users and their management to ensure comprehensive and appropriate test scripts and scenarios are prepared in advance of test phases;
·To assist business users in interpretation and evaluation of test results and metrics, to determine requirements for additional reporting and metrics as required to support the business – to develop and deliver these where this cannot be supported out of the existing test framework;
·To work with both Business and IT teams to evaluate the extent of impact and testing requirements for technology solutions outside the scope of the existing test phases;
·To develop, maintain and execute test strategy and associated plans to support any requirement for extended test phases*cycles to prove the full scope of the go-live model business;
The candidate
·In depth experience of managing both end-to-end testing and business proving programmes in large projects;
·Experience of commencing work on projects in mid-stream and capacity to work constructively in the context of previously established structures and test management frameworks;
·Basic understanding of UK Investment Management business highly desirable – comparable experience within other major financial businesses a good alternative;
·Excellent relationship management skills;
·Strong client service focus;
